Terms of Service

YaarLink helps brands and local businesses describe campaigns, helps creators and pages present profiles, and lets eligible creators apply to open campaigns. YaarLink reviews listings before publication and provides application status and notification tools.

YaarLink does not guarantee that a campaign will receive applications, that a creator will be hired, that content will achieve any reach or sales result, or that another user will perform or pay. Users remain responsible for checking the other party and agreeing the work, price, dates and payment terms.

• You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required.
• Use an email address you control, keep account information accurate, and create the correct brand or creator account for the features you use.
• Keep your password and verification links private. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
• Do not create accounts to impersonate another person, business, creator or page, or to evade moderation or security controls.

• Submit only information and social links that you own or are authorised to use. Keep follower counts, business details, budgets and campaign descriptions accurate and current.
• YaarLink may approve, reject, suspend, pause, remove or ask for verification of a profile or campaign. A reviewed or verified badge means checks were performed at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of identity, audience quality, performance or future conduct.
• Material edits to a public profile or campaign may require fresh review before the listing becomes or remains public.
• You grant YaarLink permission to store and display submitted listing information as needed to operate, moderate and promote the marketplace listing, subject to the Privacy Policy.

• Only eligible creator accounts with a completed creator profile may apply to campaigns.
• A creator chooses one phone, email or social contact saved on their account or completed creator profile. By confirming submission, the creator authorises YaarLink to show the creator-profile name, selected contact and message to that campaign's brand.
• A brand may use applicant information only to evaluate and manage that application or campaign and related agreed work. The brand must not sell, rent, publish, spam or use it for unrelated marketing.
• An application or status on YaarLink does not by itself create employment, agency, partnership or a payment guarantee. Brands and creators should confirm deliverables, usage rights, dates, price and payment method before work starts.

• Do not post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, dangerous or fraudulent content or campaigns.
• Do not impersonate others, fake engagement or followers, submit spam, scrape personal contact details, or collect user information except as expressly permitted for a legitimate application.
• Do not bypass login, verification, rate limits, moderation or other security measures, and do not interfere with the service or another user's account.
• Follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, platform and disclosure rules for sponsored content.

You retain ownership of content and information you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit and use it. YaarLink's name, branding, website design and software remain the property of YaarLink or its licensors and are not licensed to you except for normal use of the service.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or impersonates you, use the report control on the listing or contact support with enough information for review.

YaarLink does not currently provide an in-website checkout, escrow or payment-processing service. A campaign budget is an indication of intended spend, not a charge or deposit. Payments between brands and creators are handled directly unless a separate written agreement with YaarLink says otherwise. See the Payments & Refunds policy.

• The service may change, pause or be unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
• Links and integrations for WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and user websites are operated by third parties; YaarLink is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
• To the extent permitted by law, YaarLink is not liable for another user's conduct, indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or results that were not expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

• You may delete your account from Account & security. Deletion is permanent and also removes linked listings and applications as described on the Delete Account page.
• YaarLink may restrict or terminate access for suspected fraud, impersonation, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct or material violation of these terms.
• We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
